Making
changes
The
page is of no use if it contains inaccurate information,
so when
there are changes in the details about your parish the web page needs
to be edited to contain the correct information.
Just open the page in 
Nvu, make the changes and mail the
corrected page as an attachment to the webmaster.
People do like to go to the web site and check out the times
of special
services - such as for Easter and Christmas - so it would be good to
update the site for such events. This should be done at least a month
before the event so that the other people working on the site get a
chance to do their part!
Remember that after
the event the details have to me
removed. Who wants to
know the time someting
happened last month?
