For beginners : How to fill in the Parish form.

Mission statement
This looks like a paragraph - but it isn't. If you have a long statement you can break it up with blank lines by using the key twice. So :

Type this
and you get this
The parish exists to be the body of Christ in the community.Every member ministry is actively encouraged.

Location
The location is put in a table (without borders, but we will use borders here in the example). The street address is put in one cell and what you type is broken into lines using the key. So when you have selected "Put the first step here" :

Type this
and you get this
13 Wanderers St.cnr Plein and Wanderers StreetsJohannesburg 13 Wanderers St.
cnr Plein and Wanderers Streets
Johannesburg

Directions use a numbered list in a table cell. Using the key starts a new numbered item. So when you have selected "Put the first step here" (missing the number 1) :

Type this
and you get this
From the M2, take the off ramp for Rissik Street and head north into Johannesburg.

Parish Office
Just type the information in the empty cells. Use the key to make multiple lines in the same way as for Street Address.

Clergy Team and Contact Lists.
Both make use of tables and may have less rows than you need. You can add rows very easily to these tables - in the same way that your word processor adds rows to a table.

Go to the cell at the bottom right of the table, hit the key. A new row will appear and the cursor will be placed in the left-most cell ready for you to type the contents.

Use the key to break up the text into lines if necessary (e.g. to have two 'phone numbers for one person in a contact list).
Service times
This is also a table, but you will not need to add any rows. Use the key to break up the text into lines if necessary and list several services for one day..

When the work is complete you can take the steps to Get it Published.
