3-Year dream

To have operational in the Diocese an effective process / programme aligned with the Diocesan Vision for 

• the equipping, formation and training of the laity;
• the formation / training of ordinands and potential ordinands;
• the ongoing formation / training of stipendiary and self supporting clergy.

Purpose of this section of the site

1. To present an overview of the processes individuals go through on the journey into the ordained ministry.
2. To group web resources that may help lay and ordained leaders grow the ministries in their care.
