Messages from Bishops, Synods, etc.

From time to time our Bishops wish to communicate with all Christians in their care on matters of importance. This section of the site meets that need.

Currently (May 2005) there are 50 documents in this section, so it has been sub-divided into groups by Author and these groups are accessed by clicking the buttons on the left of the screen. The current groupings are :

• Archbishop of Cape Town (and CPSA Bishops)
  
• Bishop of Johannesburg
• Diocesan Synod
• Johannesburg Synod 2005
• Provincial Synod
• Letters to the Churches [ by sundry authors, publication requested by our Bishops.]

The material within each group is organised in descending date order and comprises the date and an indication of the topic covered in the massage. Clicking the date causes the full message to be displayed.

This section is NOT a full resource of press releases from the Bishops.
