"Servant of the Servants of God: A Pastor's Spirituality.", an essay by Robert M Schwartz.

This essay examines the roles of the ordained minister and the rest of the church from a Roman Catholic, post Vatican II perspective. It has much to say about Every Member Ministry.

"Vatican II insisted that the priesthood of the ordained and the priesthood of the baptized are different in kind and not only in degree. They are different ways of participating in the one priesthood of Christ and the Church. The council also affirmed that these two ways of participating in Christ's priesthood are related to one another by their very nature. Neither the priesthood of the ordained nor the priesthood of the laity stands alone."
